sorry couldn't meet you ystrdy eh?
padehal, i said i would come. & i can do the housework myself la. don't need to help. haha.
firstly, it was raining, making me lazier to go out. haha. okay, lame excuse.
secondly, band training was quite tiring.
i think i cycled too much during the band outing, that even doing standard marching, my leg could get cramps. lol. ni ah, Khalid nak sangat cycling.

i was so out of breath during practice.
we only played the national anthem & school song though.
for the national anthem, there was 1st Cornet & 1st Trumpet, & Mr Daniel wanted both.
he chose only 3 to play the 1st Trumpet part.
3 is okay, since there's only 6 1st Trumpeteers, but that part that we play, is so imprtnt ah, as mentioned by Daniel.
ystrdy, only me & Cindy came. it's left with the two of us.
but hey, Mr Daniel said we did a good job, though at first, he didn't know we were the ones he chose to play it. yay us! haha.
he was blaming the horn section cause they didn't support us in playing that part.
"you're supposed to support the two of them. i can see their face go red alrdy."
i'm so dark, still can go red meh? haha.
another time, & the hornists still didn't do a good job but i thought it was okay.
"who's playing the 1st Trumpet?"
(me & Cindy raise up our hands)
"you guys got to play super duper turbo loud. imagine that if you don't play, the band will die or smth. (LOL?) & hornists, you got to help these damsels in distress la. this part need to be strong. it need to be heard cause you're the only ones playing it. the two of them can be heard. good stuff." LOL.
since then, people keep referring to me & Cindy as "damsel".
-_- haha. so lame sey.
throughout, i keep getting out of breath. so did Cindy. wah, need to train more le.
it was super tiring. there's no way we can't play, cause it's super obvious.
during break, Mr Daniel trained with us a bit. it helps la.
i got to improve on my breathing. like it's so difficult to learn how to breathe properly. haha.
suddenly, i'm reminded of my primary school band.
we got a silver, & somehow i felt it was because of me.
there were comments about the soloist, & i don't think it was that good.
it's like, i trained very hard just for that solo part, but on the SYF day, i could tell that i was shivering.
that's why i like being in this band. even if we got a silver, we know it's cause we did it together. i don't blame myself the way i used to.
LOVE YOU BAND! haha, so semangat.

so, Fazri, really sorry ah eh. but since you said, it's good that i didn't come cause of that certain reason, then okay ah. :D
